Yoga & Mobility Class

This weekly class offers a practical, integrated approach to movement, combining yoga, functional strength, and mobility to help you feel stronger, move more comfortably, and properly unwind.

 

Classes draw from vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga, blending flowing movement, steady strength built within poses, functional exercises to train mobility, and time to slow down and relax at the end.

 

The focus is on building strength in a way that supports joints, posture, and everyday movement — without rushing or forcing the body.

 

Led by Clare, an instructor with 15 years’ experience as a personal trainer and group exercise teacher, sessions are taught with clear guidance, options, and an emphasis on listening to the body rather than pushing or striving.

 

The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and non-judgemental, with fun and enjoyment very much part of the space.

 

This class is suitable for:

people with stiff or achy bodies, active people wanting to move better, those new to yoga, those returning after a break, those with injuries, and anyone looking to feel stronger and more at ease.

 

Men and women of all ages are welcome.

 

You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or confident — you’re welcome exactly as you are.

 

Cost: £10 per class

(£52 for a block of 6 classes)

What to bring:

• A yoga or exercise mat

• A blanket for relaxation at the end

• A water bottle

All other yoga props will be provided as needed.
